This offer is available to all customers of MR.DIY, MR.DOLLAR & MR.TOY from 18 January 2025 until 31 March 2025 (‘Promotion Period’), except for special events or special time slots or programmes which require a separate admission charge as announced by Entopia managed by Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd (Entopia) from time to time.
2. This offer is applicable for walk-in purchase of Entopia MyKad Special admission tickets of Adult (13-59 years old), Child (4-12 years old) and Senior citizen (60 years & above), up to 4 tickets per transaction per day within a single transaction/receipt.
3. Original receipts amounting to RM 50 or more in a single transaction, with receipt dates falling within the Promotion Period, must be presented along with a MyKad for verification purposes when purchasing tickets at the Entopia ticketing counter during the Promotion Period. Split receipts are not allowed.
4. Ticket(s) is/are intended for single redemption for admission to the park.
5. Ticket(s) purchased with this promotion is only valid for admission on the ticket purchase date.
6. Ticket(s) is/are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable either in whole or in part, for cash or for any other items.
7. Tickets are rain or shine. No refund will be given due to inclement weather.
8. All transactions are final. Tickets are NOT for resale and NOT exchangeable for cash.
9. This offer cannot be used with other on-going promotions, family packages, school concession, group purchases, events or functions.
10. Ticket holders to scan the QR code(s) printed on their ticket(s) at the Entopia admission turnstile to enter.
11. Ticket holders must present their valid MyKad or other relevant documents upon entry to the park at the admission turnstile.
12. Proof of age will be required when redeeming entries for children and senior citizens.
13. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject entries if visitors are not able to present their valid MyKad or other relevant documents; or attempt to enter the park using wrong tickets. Visitors will be requested to purchase the correct tickets should they wish to enter the park and no refund will be allowed.
14. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
15. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change it operating hours, due to inclement weather, special events, safety or security concerns;

1. What is the minimum spend required to get the GWP 20%?
   Spending minimum of RM50 at MR.DIY, MR.DOLLAR, or MR.TOY is required to get GWP 20% entrance tickets in this promotion.
2. How do I redeem the 20% discount at Entopia?
   You can redeem the discounted tickets at their walk-in ticketing counters. Please present the receipt before you make a purchase.
3. What is the opening hours for Entopia?
   Entopia is open everyday from 9:00am – 6:00pm (Last entry at 5:00pm). Please refer to https://www.entopia.com/maklumat/ for more info.
4. What is validity for the redemption?
   This promotion is valid from 18 January - 31 March 2025.
5. How many entrance tickets can be redeemed with one valid receipt?
   One receipt with min. purchase RM50 can redeem up to four (4) entrance tickets only.
6. If my purchase total is RM100 (MR.DIY), am I eligible to redeem 8 discounted tickets?
   No. You are eligible to redeem only 4 tickets when you bring receipt amounted RM50 and above.
7. Can I redeem for child ticket?
   Yes, this promotion is applicable for adult, child, and senior citizen ticket. MyKad/MyKid must be presented for verification purposes when purchasing the tickets.
